Open Interface Scheduled Maintenance Advisory May 20, 2025 20:00-21:00 CDT

Platform Science will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, May 20th, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time.

Open Interface Customers,

During this time, please refrain from making driver add/edit requests in Trimble Fleet Manager, or via the oi_pnet_driver_add, oi_pnet_driver_edit, or Link drivermaintif table. If driver adds/edits are made during the maintenance window, those drivers may subsequently be missing from oi_pnet_elog_payroll responses.

Shipment and Trailer services will be down and unable to complete requests (elog_driver_trailer and driver_shipping_event).

The remaining services noted below as 'Operational' may be called without error; however, data will be delayed, and the information returned could be outdated until maintenance has been completed.

Do Not Use During Maintenance:
• oi_pnet_driver_add
• oi_pnet_driver_edit
• Link table: drivermaintif

Unavailable During Maintenance:
• Driver Trailer (elog_driver_trailer)
• Driver Shipping Events (driver_shipping_event)

Operational with Possible Data Latency During Maintenance:
• Cycle-Time Availability (CTA)
• Payroll (oi_pnet_elog_payroll)
• ELD events (elog_events)
• ELog Dispatch data (elog_dispatch_info)

Normal service and data processing will resume once maintenance is concluded.
