• A configuration change to enable the Publish HoS Availability to TTC functionality that was deployed in the 11.6.0 build but set to disabled. This is purely internal facing.
• Correcting an issue that hindered log pulling.
• A code update for the sev 3 prod incident. Deploying this change removes the risk that should we have a server go down and a new server fire up in its place, the build that would be installed would be the same one (11.6.0) deployed last Saturday, which would overwrite the hotfix.
• Logging for EFSS-7547, which is one of our top 6 critical customer-facing bugs. We hope that the extra logging will provide info on the root cause.

Saturday November 20, 2021
On Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 9PM CST we deployed a host database update to optimize device communication and messaging.
During this brief window, there was four short (5-10 minute) messaging delays to and from impacted in-cab devices as database maintenance was performed. This may have resulted in slight communication delays for both drivers and back office users, including on items such as sending and receiving driver messages and route updates as well as the ability for drivers to log in and log out.
No data was lost during this downtime.

Saturday July 31, 2021
On Saturday July 31, 2021, from 7 PM to 8:52 PM CDT, we deployed changes to the OI elog_events and oi_pnet_elog_payroll services. This interrupted services during that time.
During this time, no elog_events records passed to your integrated system. Log-in and duty-status-change events were unavailable to the Link and dispatch applications. This delayed Automated Workflow (AWF) dispatches to vehicles whose systems look for the log-in event to send out the AWF dispatch.
• Drivers’ logging activities in the vehicle and driver portal were not affected.
• After deployment, all queued events were delivered to the Link and dispatch applications.
Your integration requires no changes.
