We have an upcoming scheduled maintenance event that will take place on the evening of Saturday, September 28th, 2024, from 8:00 PM CDT to 12:00 AM CDT lasting a total of four hours. This scheduled maintenance is necessary to ensure our system's continued performance and reliability.
During the maintenance period, the listed services will be unavailable as we work to improve and update our infrastructure. This maintenance event will temporarily affect some of your services.
Impacted Services
PeopleNet Fleet Manager Portal: During this maintenance period, the portal will be inaccessible, including access to the VI Tab (Video Intelligence tab) and ELD Tab. Users will not be able to login and use any feature with the PFM for the duration of the maintenance.
Open Interface & Link Integration Services: Automated Workflow, Integration Messages to and from trucks, Location Overview, Driver Log Data, Cycle Time Availability, and Data Delivery data transmissions will all experience delays and intermittent functionality during this maintenance period.
Mobile-originated & Mobile Terminated Device Communications: Message and data transmissions between a mobile device and the PFM or back office will experience delays during the maintenance event. This includes functions such as breadcrumbs, faults, finds, workflow messaging, device messaging, Onboard Event Recordings (OERs), and email messaging.
Trimble Fleet Manager: During the maintenance event, there will be minor latency in delivering data to the TFM. As a result, your scheduled reports may be delayed or contain data that is not up to date.
Instinct: Driver Workflow, Vehicle Device Messaging and Chat will experience delays in transmission during the maintenance period.
Non-Impacted Services
Video Intelligence Hardware: During the maintenance period, access to Onboard Event Recordings (OER) and the VI video portal on both the PFM and TFM portals will be unavailable. However, the Video Intelligence hardware will continue to operate as usual, capturing real-time video data. After the maintenance period concludes, the captured video will be delivered to the portals as usual
ELD: During the maintenance period, ELD driver logins should be available, however, dispatch workflow and messaging events will be interrupted.
After the maintenance is completed, the services mentioned above will return to their normal functionality. It is important to note that all data will still be queued internally, and no customer data will be lost during this event. Please plan your activities accordingly.
